Harvey Nichols is doubling the size of its store in Birmingham at Brockton Capital’s and Milligan Retail’s Mailbox.
The luxury retailer revealed this week that it was taking 45,000 sq ft at the Mailbox on a 35 year lease, more than double the size of its existing store at the 641,000 sq ft scheme.
