Alex has a passion for driving transformative change to see towns, cities and high streets thrive again.

Alex cut his teeth with Cushman Wakefield before moving client side to join Northwood Investors. This was followed by seven years leading the asset management function for HNWI’s portfolios comprising trophy assets across London and the south (c. £1bn AUM). Before joining Milligan Alex led the Asset Management team at Queensberry delivering successful commercial performance for regeneration projects and large multi let assets across the country.

As Head of Mixed Use Asset Management at Milligan Alex leads on the realisation of tenant mix strategies, bringing occupiers on the journey from initial concept to operational scheme.

Alex is a results focused property professional with 20 years’ experience working across a number of market sectors including retail, leisure, F&B, office, industrial, healthcare and education. Close connections with operators and end users helps bring an integrated understanding of market conditions in real time. This helps deliver strong commercial performance and high social impact.

Alex lives with his wife and two children in Hackney. When not playing or watching football he loves the outdoors, having recently travelled through the Pantanal in Brazil and kayaked the Rio Sella in Spain.
