The Milligan team will be joining thousands of property professionals next month as UKREiiF makes its third outing at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. From the 21st-23rd May, John Milligan (Founder & Chairman) Stuart Harris (CEO) Mike Anderson (CIO) Jon Munce (Head of Development) and Tarah Gear (Director of Brand and Place) will join delegates for the three-day event.

The Milligan team will also be supporting and representing our partners from Swansea City Council, Urban Splash, The John Lewis Partnership, Birchall Properties and Telford Homes across meetings and engagements throughout the event.
John Lewis Partnership – we have been involved with John Lewis for over three years helping them develop a strategy to fund and develop sites with the aim of delivering over 10,000 homes across the UK. As you probably know funding for the first three sites was agreed with ABRDN in December 2022 and we now have planning applications in on two sites.
London, Poplar, Chrisp Street – we are acting as commercial partner to Telford Homes on the redevelopment of Chrisp Street market in Tower Hamlets which aims to deliver 750 new homes along with a new district centre for the Borough which will include a new market, new supermarket, independent shops, cafes, and restaurants, together with a new multi-purpose leisure and community hub.
Peak District – The Gateway at PEAK – a partnership with Birchall Properties to create a zero carbon travel hub enabling carless access to the Peak District National Park, a 165-room resort hotel, a variety of F&B outlets and spaces for experiential retail facilitating all types of outdoor pursuits and wellbeing activities.
Swansea Council – a partnership with Urban Splash and Swansea City Council to deliver a 310,000 sq ft mixed use City Centre campus including a workspace for both the public and private sectors along with residential accommodation, new higher education space, an independent makers hub, along with new public realm and complimentary leisure and F&B.
