Milligan’s Head of Mixed-Use Asset Management, Alex Hyams, joined the judging panel for this year’s English Riviera Summer Open Awards, hosted by Artizan Collective at Fleet Walk, Torquay.
As the strategic asset manager for Fleet Walk, Milligan is proud to support initiatives that celebrate local creativity and strengthen Torquay’s cultural identity. Alex selected the winner of the English Riviera Open Award, recognising artist Rhian Wyn Harrison for her piece The Eyes Have It – Owls.
“Fleet Walk is more than a retail destination – it’s part of the town’s cultural fabric,” said Alex. “It’s a privilege to support Artizan’s work and to help spotlight the incredible talent that makes Torbay such a vibrant place.”
The exhibition, which runs until 25 August, features over 200 original works and forms part of Artizan’s wider summer programme, reinforcing the role of arts and culture in the long-term regeneration of the Bay.
