We’re delighted to announce two strategic appointments as we continue to expand our asset management capabilities and deepen our regeneration and development delivery across the UK, particularly in the Southwest.
Mike Allison joins Milligan as Senior Asset Manager, bringing extensive experience managing complex retail and mixed-use portfolios. His appointment follows a strong year of growth for the business, which has secured five new asset management mandates and expanded the scope of its long-term regeneration partnerships. Mike’s background in shopping centre asset management, his strong analytical skills, commercial experience developing asset strategies and driving value make him an important addition to Milligan’s Asset Management function, headed up by Alex Hyams.
We’re also strengthening our regeneration expertise with the appointment of Helen James as Senior Project Manager, further enhancing our capacity to deliver ambitious, community‑centred regeneration projects across the UK. Helen will play a pivotal role in supporting Milligan’s expanding pipeline of development work in the Southwest, where the business is increasingly partnering with local authorities and stakeholders to deliver high‑impact placemaking and coastal renewal initiatives.
A Chartered Structural Engineer with two decades of industry experience, Helen brings extensive expertise in project management and the delivery of complex schemes. Her background spans multiple sectors, and she has a strong track record of leading teams, navigating technical challenges, and driving projects from concept through to completion.
