Milligan welcomes new head of mixed-use asset management, reinforcing commitment to urban regeneration.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Alex Hyams as our new Head of Mixed-use Asset Management.

Alex joins Milligan from Queensberry, where he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the commercial success of several large multi-let properties since 2019.

In his new role, Alex will lead a growing division of Milligan, bringing his dynamic approach and deep industry relationships to the forefront of its expanding portfolio.
