David is highly skilled in improving performance through the positioning and re-positioning of major mixed-use assets, by maximising income streams and driving down irrecoverables. Retail strategies, F&B Strategies, Environmental strategies, Business continuity, post-Covid strategies, improving the customer experience are all key areas of David’s work, making assets more resilient and relevant for their owners.
