David joined Milligan from Greystar where he was Development Director, responsible for one of Greystar’s flagship mixed-use projects, along with exploring new build to rent and student-led, mixed-use development opportunities across London and the South East.
David has 17 years’ experience in real estate having started his career at CBRE before moving to Kier Property Developments, Aspire Development Management and Greystar. David has a wealth of experience in design and planning as well as procurement and project delivery across many sectors, having worked for a variety of pension fund, private equity and local authority clients.
