Prior to joining Milligan from U+I, Emma completed her MRICS qualification at Knight Frank where she specialised in the residential sector. At U+I she was responsible for managing a number of regeneration projects at different stages of the development process. Emma is passionate about regenerating high streets for tomorrow’s communities, creating social value and putting sustainable development at the forefront.
At Milligan Emma’s role is Development Manager where she helps manage the projects and is the key liaison between all the different consultants on any one development ensuring that the project is well run with appropriate governance and management structures in place. Currently Emma is working with the Local Authority in Ashford on regenerating sites and the town centre and advising several owners of shopping centres on their repurposing strategies.
Emma is passionate about regenerating high streets for tomorrow’s communities, creating social value and putting sustainable development at the forefront. Outside of work Emma loves socialising with her friends, exploring the outdoors and all types of sport – in particular she is a keen golfer!
