Iain has over 35 years of mixed-use Property Management experience.
Iain’s experience is focussed on the legal and financial structures which are required for developments to be efficiently and transparently managed for the long-term benefit of all stakeholders.
For the last 25 years of his career, Iain has focused on the strategic property management aspects of retail and mixed-use centres.
All these projects require detailed understanding of the management operations of the assets involved and high-level strategic property management input to ensure that clients’ interests are protected, and Net Operating Income maximised.
