Jon has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and property industry both in the UK and overseas. During that time, he has been responsible for the delivery – from inception/feasibility through to completion – of multiple projects across the retail, leisure, hotel, office and residential sectors.
Jon was Development Director at Multi Development in the UK and delivered major city centre regeneration schemes at Victoria Square, Belfast and SouthGate, Bath. As a founding Partner, he led the development delivery team and was responsible for all development delivery activity in Queensberry for a 10-year period.
Jon has been heavily involved in major urban regeneration schemes over the last 20 years and has industry leading experience in the conception, analysis and delivery of these schemes.
Jon acts as Development Director at Milligan and oversees delivery of major projects undertaken by the company. Currently, he is working on the Gateway@PEAK scheme in Chesterfield on the edge of the Peak District National Park and the re-development of Sunderland city centre.
Based in N. Ireland with his wife and 3 children, Jon likes mountain biking and loves rugby.
