Milligan has been appointed by LaSalle as strategic development advisor at Golden Square in Warrington.
Our role at Golden Square, Warrington is to work with LaSalle and develop plans to repurpose parts of the scheme to optimise its long term value. This will include devising the right amount, mix and type of retail and leisure as well as identifying opportunities to create value by bringing in any other complementary uses appropriate to the scheme.
We are working closely with both LaSalle and Warrington Council to understand the local consumer, their needs and future demand for a range of uses. In doing so, we will be able to define the most sustainable mix and the right occupiers which will deliver long-term investment potential and growth.
