Our team was delighted to attend this year’s REVO conference, hosted in the iconic Arding & Hobbs building in Clapham. The venue itself was a standout example of how former retail spaces can be transformed into vibrant, high-quality mixed-use destinations—perfectly setting the tone for the event.
The conference agenda was packed with insightful sessions, kicking off with our own Tarah Gear, Director of Brand and Place Futures at Milligan, joining a panel on “Collaborating for Success.” Tarah shared perspectives from our work in operational real estate across airports, markets, and town centres, highlighting the importance of partnership with local authorities and other stakeholders.
Her key message: successful collaboration is always tailored to the unique context of each project, but it consistently starts with a deep understanding of the end customer’s needs. This principle underpins our approach to creating places that deliver lasting value for communities.
